McDonald's

This McDonald's, in Broad Ripple in Indianapolis, needs to work on their efficiency and customer service. I wasn't the only one who had to wait at least 10 minutes for their order; then when the order was ready, the person who look like they were the manager, if not the franchisee, only apologized. For having customers wait so long, he could have at least offered a free drink, if not an adjustment to their orders...

Veeeerrrryyyy Slow I was the only one in there and it took 20 mins.....DO BETTER

My favorite McDonald's in Broad Ripple. Everyone is always so nice, and the inside space is nice too!

McDonald's is McDonald's, so I should probably temper my expectations. Maybe the kiosks are reducing attention/service to customers? One worker in particular seemed to be considerably more concerned with the condition of her manicure as she was using her phone, than the customers waiting for orders or even just looking to be acknowledged. When interacting with customers, the workers were not friendly or polite. Food was what I expect from the chain. If it wasn't Sunday, I would have gone elsewhere. Even on Sundays I will avoid this location.

The black manager refused to take my order. Telling me to use the Kiosk instead. Well the problem with that is the Kioks don't take cash. Maybe instead of focusing on cleaning you shouldn't ignore you're guests. Pathetic management skills.

The staff at this particular location are very nice and professional. They're quick like a real fast food joint. I always see a smile when I'm served.

It's McDonald's... Sometimes it's cooked up fresh. This particular day the Police chief was there with the news so they had it cleaned up better than normal. They even had the heat on.

The Faith McDonalds in Broad Ripple has recently remodeled their restaurant. The decor is more modern and spacious and slightly industrial in design on the inside now. They've added large touch screens that you can place your order and then have it brought to your table. Having tried this new concept, I've found that once you get used to the touch screen interface it saves some time. The staff is generally friendly and the new managers seem to be working on improving service speed and cleanliness of the restaurant.

This location sucks. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and since they forgot to give me one I went back and since they did not recall remembering me, they did not refund me or give me the one they missed placing in the bag. Great customer service. Not going here.

So I didn't bother asking her name, but it's Sunday at 1 and I go in to order. A worker tells me they don't have any shakes, I'm like, ohh grr, that's why I came in. Hold on I'll see if I want anything else", the manager starts making all kinds of fuss that I don't know what I want, the other worker was like, "it's just because we don't have shakes" she's like "naw he knew we didn't have shakes" I've never been here before in my life, I'm visiting from Hawaii. I immediately walked out and went next door to chipotle. You cannot be on shift with an attitude. Let me guess...because I had bags with me, you went all discriminatory on me. You must love being discriminated against. Well, if you ever are. It's people discriminating against your attitude. Which is uglier than any rat running around on the street.

The employees here are particularly miserable. Looks like they were abducted and forced to work there. Called and complained to customer service and this morning I get a TEXT from the owner, I suppose who is too cowardly to call and discuss so he just copied and pasted a generic sorry and “ god bless”. The fries were not hot nor cooked properly

The sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles came out hot and delicious. Can't really ask for anything more than a full breakfast with syrup all in one sandwich.

Today wasn't the first time this location has messed up my order, the customer service is non-existent, and when I try to call it's always a busy signal. I just want the food I've paid for but that's too much to ask from this McDonald's

Awful. Every time I order Uber eats, I’m missing half my order. Every time. They never answer the phone. Save your money go somewhere else. The one off 52nd and Keystone is better.

HOT AND FRESH! I’ve always thought this was the best McDonald’s in the city… 38th and Meridian is a popular intersection. My Siri is because people go downtown or back especially when people visit the city it’s a popular spot so they keep the food fresh?:)
