Average Mc D shop. The manager refused to honor a store issued coupon on the receipt BOGO for a sandwich even though it came from this store on a visit a few days earlier. Not a great way to say thanks to a customer...

Went through the drive up! Very quickly, proper change given back and food was hot!

You know I've always liked McDonald's like everyone else there McDonald's they have good food healthy food and I've always liked them

I always order through the drive thru and usually in the morning. I hate to say I never get a good morning when I drive up to pay. They need friendlier staff.

Okay Food, Customer service is good though

I've been to many McDonald's before in the past but this by far was one of the worst ones I could have attended. The cashier was taking our order and his mobile phone rang; rather than send the person to voice mail he decides to answer it listened to what they said and then tell them he will call them back. I would think being an employee in front of a customer that was just very rude and that you should have waited and I will go ahead and file a complaint with McDonald's about this incident just so they can retrain their employees on customer etiquette.
