This specific establishment has it's days. Depending on what time or day you decide to visit for a meal can have a potential impact on how you view the customer service. The drive thru in particular seems to not have a sense of respect or experience when communicating with consumers. Besides that, food is good for what it is and the area is well maintained.

Love the fast service, the 100 sanitation score and fresh food. My daughters love fries but the new cheesy fries they didn't care for. Something about the kind of cheese that was used. I enjoyed them.

Made to pay $0.40 for extra tartar sauce and the grill ticket says extra tartar sauce, but they barely put any tartar sauce on the sandwich. Things like this happen all the time at this place. They take your money and charge you extra but don't give you extra.

Everything was fresh and the bathroom was clean af when I went I love my sauce. I just hate the fact you gotta pay 35 cent for extra 😑

Went an hour before closing the little message lady spoke and I said no thanks and ordered and no one answered me. I drove away after about 10min and saw them just chatting by the 2nd window

Walking around like a bunch of zombies. Said only cheese on my mcdouble got only ketchup. Order did not come across screen when I ordered. Didn't get a straw for my shake.. I'll skip this place next time and go to Wendy's

Night shift manager very nasty! Black man tall with salt and pepper hair... Had a attitude when I came to the register... Did greet me and was nasty about the food order. When I asked his name he said I don’t need to know his name.
