Idk if its just when i come buh they always mess up my order in the food is never fresh

I got stuck in a line for 35 minutes waiting for my food. I paid and thought there wouldn’t be any more issues, surely! I pulled up to the next window for my four items and they told me to go and pull up next window and to wait because they only have one person on the grill. They have six people upfront taking orders on her cell phones doing nothing! I can’t believe me a paying customer was asked to wait a couple more minutes to get my food. They’ve had 30 minutes to prepare it! They said they only have one person on the grill and preparing food! They asked me if I would take a refund. 35 minutes!!!!!!! This McDonald’s has the worst customer service and quality! Ran by pure ignoramuses!!!!

For a quick meal or snack, at an affordable price, you just can't beat McDonald's! I often order an oatmeal, a fruit and yogurt parfait, and a senior coffee, and I pay less than $5. A healthy bargain!

Rude and slow. Sat at drive thru for 10 minutes so she could tell me that she would only accept cash.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds in Indianapolis. The owner is so rude and doesnt care about customers. I was actually there once, in line, when someone came in because of a wrong order and the owner told them he didn't care and to get out of the store. The customer wasn't yelling or swearing he was just upset that he waited 20 minutes in drive through for the wrong order. The food is always cold and the service is way worse. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this McDonalds. I hate that I even had to give them 1 star

The food was delicious as always.

I will often order the bacon, egg and cheese bagel for breakfast and they recognize me so that they don't put the breakfast sauce on, which I don't care for. The lady at the pick-up window always has a straw for my coffee, which she knows I like. Very attentive staff here, a good set or regulars. And this particular McDonald's is in a fairly high traffic area yet the lines move pretty swiftly, and the staff is always good. I have never had a screwed-up order for this McDonald's. Even in the morning rush hour at 7:30 a.m. they always get it right.
