Waited one hour for my milk shake just to be told the machine was not working even though I swore someone else got a shake. And some weird stuff was in the bathroom

Everyone enjoyed their meal, especially my grandson. We had a large order and it came quickly.

Avoid near closing time. They had limited items, no coffee. Cheeseburgers were cold, was miles away before realizing I didn't get a receipt

It took 4 minutes for response at drive thru. Ordered value meal and ice cream cone, received ice cream cone while waiting for food. Finished ice cream cone got food after 18 minutes. No drink and napkins! Don't go there!

While visiting the McDonald's on Wolf rd in Albany ny #3681 we had the pleasure of meeting the manager Isahya who was so pleasant and professional,he greeted us with a smile took our order and had a very kind manner about himself for being a young manager. Please acknowledge this outstanding Manager he deserves recognition for sure.

Food was perfect! Nice and hot and freshly made. Very rare for this McDonald's at night. Great improvement!!

Well the cash year was awesome

Great place!! Mcdonalds is really raising the bar. I noticed that lately. Keep it going. We the public can see! And it shows.

Seems this McDonald's is more preoccupied with their own personal agendas,(giggling,chatting and constantly checking phones). Almost every time something is wrong with my order. Other than that,the restaurant is always clean. Just not to sure if I'm gonna get what I actually ordered.

I was stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes... I know this because it was stamped on my receipt. I would have asked for a refund and left sooner, however as I waited I noticed a sign strategically placed declaring No Refunds. The food was cold and the kids were upset.... The kid's wanted McDonald's.... So it became a learning experience why we don't go to McDonald's anymore....

Not enough cashiers 8 people were waiting for coffee more than 10 minutes

The crew members are always nice, but I frequently have problems in the drive-thru. I ordered a kid's meal, side salad, medium fry. I sat for 15 minutes waiting for my entire order. They gave me the hot food first, so it cooled down as I waited for the rest. I then got the salad, but was still missing the drink and Gogurt for the kid's meal. It was ridiculous. This particular McDonald's drive-thru frequently has issues. I wait a long time, only to get the wrong order, or missing items. I don't go here often, but it never changes.

Ordered large ice coffee. This what I got. It happens all the time. It’s not large coffee. I pay for my large coffee then they give me Median. When the staff hand this to me. I asked her is this large?

Wow! First time at this one. It was breakfast but surprisingly there was no line. I went in the drive thru and got my food lickedy split! Not to mention they make thier bagel sandwich with a steak sausage I think. Sauteed onions too. Ive had it many times at other McD's but with the average breakfast sausage so this was a pleasant surprise. That sandwich never tasted so good! Well Done guys! That's deserves the "I'm lovin' it" cheer.

I ordered three of the most basic items on their menu and waited over ten minutes with no rush and four people in the back. The shake was mostly melted when I got it even though it “literally just made”. Very disappointed.
