McDonald's

Terrible service and cannot get simple requests correct. Started as soon as I ordered with attitude at the speaker ( If you dont want to be there go!). Ordered one of the dinner boxes and simply asked for extra sauce on the sandwiches. They confirmed 3 times it was added. Got the food and check and NOPE! Called and they said they would bring some out. Got it and its a chicken nugget container filled to the brim!! This McDonald's is terrible all around. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Does not honor their own deals. Makes you have whatever they want to give you. You show them their own sign and the manager starts yelling how I'm wrong and to contact her boss Yolanda. She said they are only allowed to sell small drinks with the meal deals. She has been a manager here for years and always talks to a customer like this. Never again.

The absolute worst customer service. They open a window hand you your food and slam the window shut without even saying a word.

Great restaurant. Have a regional trainer see what's happening here and try to do the same at the Western Reserve location.

The food is usually consistent quality for fast food, but the service is the terrible - staff is friendly, but incredibly slow. I only use the drive thru, so I cannot speak to the service when ordering inside.

The wait was too long. When we were waiting, you think someone would of came to the window to let us know there would be a wait or even to take the money out say hi. Nothing. We seen the manager walk by the window 3 times along with another employee. Our order was placed without a problem. Our coffee was ok. Our chicken nuggets were warm and good. Our fries were cold, some weren't even cooked.

A better experience today than I've had in the past. Far more polite and pretty fast

This is how I got my big Mac that is ignorant that is rude then when I called the manager they didn't want to do anything about it that is ignorant that is bad business that is bad company policyhow can you make some individuals food like that and not care I bet you they would care if they have to eat it so needless to say it never was consumed and I never got a call back by corporate go figure very dissatisfied customer

So I hadn't been to a McDonald's in years. The food was made fresh!!! And was hot and tasty!!! It was really a huge improvement over the days when I used to eat there frequently . The tables, floor, etc were clean and neat. Good exp.
