I thought it was a fast food place had to wait almost ten minutes for my food and it was ALL cold. Also for my family to eat there we paid almost $45 when we have never paid more then $25 for the same thing. The employee's must HATE there job because they ALL have attitudes and are extremely rude. Can eat much better food and have much better service if you go next door to chili's!

No one knows how to read a screen or a ticket.. whole order was wrong and had to sit and wait no less.. Pretty sad day when fast food gets this hard..

One of the best. Quick even when theres a long line at lunchtime. Get my order right 98% of the time and the very few times they haven't, they are quick to make it right. Good service and friendly employees.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers cause I like cheese pickles onions and ketchup... But alas there is a pickle shortage. Gotta be the crappiest cheeseburger EVER!

The service is pretty good, the cashiers are always nice but you can tell one of the managers whos name I think is fransisco (older Mexican man) is very rude to his newer employees for no reason. Other then that everyone seems nice!

Can be pretty busy at times. Staff is usually friendly. They take orders in English or in Spanish. The food has always been tasty when I've visited. The restrooms are sometimes out of toilet paper and getting more can be a challenge. This location has an indoor kid play area.

Like the new One one Hiway 7 in Erie. The ordering from a kiosk takes long especially if you want to customize you food. But it comes out exactly as ordered AND they bring it to your table while you sit and relax. The place is really nice nice.

Solid, fast, reliable, clean. I have been going here for 6 months and have never had my order messed up. The breakfast crew is 100% friendly, on their game and the food is always hot. The managers must be really good to have developed such an efficient team.

Trying for half an hour to contact Lafayette McDonald’s, will not answer phone. We purchased 20 piece nuggets and had moldOn them, we cannot get ahold of anybody to let them know. Not very responsible if you ask me.
