It shouldn't get one rating. Customer service is really bad. The bathroom is super bad. The employee don't serve food at the table. Very bad though I was satisfied on it before.

So slow even at the drive through. This is fast food. I am supposed to order, pay at the first window, and pick up my food at the second window. Not order, pay at the first window, park in the lot, and wait 15 minutes for them to bring out my food. We ordered 2 meals and fries I'm not sure what the issue is here but the need to figure it out.

Bad order taking. Bad service bad food. Speed of service bad. Bad store. This was what I served after being told they did not have enough strips to complete a six piece order.

It was great. I ordered a Hot Hazelnut Coffee and the presenter at the drive thru was magnificent. Should've gotten her name so she can be recognized of her fast service.

The employee at the second window on at 2 pm on 04/20/20 here doesn’t know how to run the store. I was first told to come to second window to pickup my delivery order and when I reached 2nd window he asked me to come inside. So I went inside and waited for 30 minutes yet no one even bothered helping me.

I’ve only used the drive-thru so I can’t say anything about how it looks inside. They were polite on the intercom and at the windows, the food came really fast, and they got the orders right every time. It’s a good location, too, right off a main road. Definitely the best McDonald’s in Albany

Every time I order delivery, my order is incorrect. I decided to order some dessert for my kids. Delivery items cost much more than the restaurant charges which is fine when I get what I asked for. 60 extra cent charge for m&ms in a sundae that wasn’t there. 60 extra cents for extra fudge that wasn’t there. Sure that’s only $1.20 but it adds up overtime and it’s frustrating not getting the stuff your paying for. I will no longer be ordering delivery or even purchasing from this McDonald’s until people can learn to read an order and make things correctly!
