McDonald's

Suppose to close at 10, got here at 9:30 and all the doors are locked. Smh fix your hours on your door.

Cuts you off mid order then rings up the wrong size drinks. Needs to improve on listening skills. Decreasing to a 1 star because when I received the wrong size drink. I just accepted it and left. Then tasted it and it was unsweetened tea. I ask for sweet tea. The other drink was flat. Clearly there remolding is affecting their ability to function as a drive thru.

NOTHING there ever digests well...but I love the ice cream--when the machine happens to be working...

Last time I was here we were rushed to get out so they could close the dinein part. Then tonight we pull in the parking lot at 9:30 to eat dinner and both of the doors are locked where no one could go in to eat! And you can clearly see the numbers were scraped off! Great way to loose business! Won’t be back to this one ever!!!!

The blonde “big boned” girl working the register at 11:30pm Feb 2nd, 2020 needs to be fired. She has an extremely poor attitude

Been to this McDonalds a couple of times, they have a very friendly crew working the drive through window something a hungry overworked individual appreciates when trying to enjoy a much needed meal.Not the greatest menu of the world but most choices are very fulfilling and delicious.

We have ate at many McDonald's and we stopped by the one on Plank Road to get a quick bite to eat after leaving DC. This McDonald's actually had a kiosk inside to order from which was new to us. It did not have all of the items on it though so we still ordered from the employee at the register. Food decent as always as far as what you get from a McDonald's.

We come here often. My granddaughter loves this play place. Seating on booths is getting old. Drink areas are often a mess. Sometimes even when slow, they don't restock the condiments area (straws, napkins, condiments). They were out of Diet Coke and white milk yesterday. Still, we come here more than other McDonald's. They also do birthday parties.

Very clean McDonald's and the staff are very attentive. I recieved my food in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond for a woman who had mistakenly ordered the wrong item. The staff could have blown her off as this was her error but they accommodated her and gave her what she had intended to order

For fast food --- not bad. Quick access, fair prices and tasty burgers. Fries were not hot and they put too much ice and not much liquid in my cold mocha coffee.

This McDonald's was renovated & just reopened a few days before my visit. The only problem I had was after I completed my order on the kiosk I didn't get a paper receipt because the paper had jammed inside. When it was opened there were the receipts for about 5 orders jammed up inside. So I guess most people weren't too concerned about getting their receipt.Other than that, it was a good experience & the food was good. Because of the renovation the restrooms are spotless; everything is new.

New playplace is nice but for some reason they put hard stone tile in an area where kids are running with socks on so its slippery and hard. Basic McDonald's, clean restroom.

Love the new design, plus a brand new playground!
