There hasn't been a time I've stopped here and.got my order delivered to me and have it correct.

This has been a consistently great McDonald's for the last 2+ years

Best run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I come here before work in the morning and the staff is so efficient and has the best customer service I have ever come across at McDonald’s! That guy that runs the drive thru in the morning (I didn’t catch his name) Has such great customer service, he is so nice!

Fairly polite staff. The last couple times I've been through the drive-thru, I received my food within 10 seconds after payment.

I was left in the drive through for an extended period of time and finally walked inside to get my order. I appreciate the idea that they wanted to get it right but it defeated the purpose if I had to walk in to get my order. In contrast this was one of the most pristine McDonald's I'd ever seen. It was clean, busy and productive just wished I didn't have to walk in to get my order.

Customer service was horrible. Manager on duty ignored incoming customers and instead of attending customers stated to use the kiosk instead of standing there waiting for somebody at the register. I can understand if the store gets busy to send people to the kioskbut if you have people waiting to be rung up because they feel uncomfortable with the kiosk you shouldn't just dismiss them like that. Just completely inappropriate and just seems to have no idea how to properly handle customer interaction.

if they dont like theyre jobs maybe they should go to college

Pretty fast getting through drive thru but they really need to fix the speakers as they are very hard to hear.

Interior is upscale and cheerful. Coffee great as always. Staff helpful.

They are very middle of the road. Usually get our orders correct, but there are some rude employees. The food is just so-so. Very rarely get fresh fries; which is the main reason I go to McDonald's.

Very clean and very nice staff.

Pulled up to order... nothing. “Hello?” “I’ll be right with you.” Fast Forward 10 mins. Nothing. Drove around to the first window. Literally no one there. No signs of movement inside WHATSOEVER. I’m still sitting here looking through the window as we speak. What a joke. Am I on a hidden camera show? Come on guys...

Big Mac looks very small

Literally just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes AFTER we paid at the first window. What an absolute joke. Every person in this garbage dump needs to be fired and they need to start from scratch. How is is even possible to make something so simple so difficult.

Very quick service and fresh food.
