Nice friendly, but very slow forgot happy meal.

McDonald the food is edible, most of the employees are teenagers that don't care what the place looks like or if customers return all they care about is money and talking with their friends.

Clean and brightly light. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful experience!

I've ordered from here several times through the app and curbside pickup. It's faster just to hop in line and order like normal. They are a very busy location but the workers are nice and always smile.

I'm only giving this McDonald's 4 stars because recently it has had some issues. Prior to the last month it was my preferred McDonald's but lately the wait times are awful, the food is often cold, to fries soggy, etc. Today I went and got the 2 cheese burgers for $3 on the value menu. I had to pull off in to a park and join the 3 other cars waiting for food which was slightly frustrating but was okay with me. What was not okay was that my burger tasted like soap or some sort of cleaner. It was definitely the burger as the bun and such tasted fine, I had the other person who was with me try just the burger and to tell me what it tested like they nearly vomited and told me it tasted like soap. With that said they did refund me and throw away the burgers for me. So all is well that ends well but I would now classify their food and service as hit and miss.

McDonald's is the most consistent fast food restaurant anywhere. This one in Falmouth has been updated to the urban style, I liked the traditional look better. Food was good, fast delivery. Parking OK usually. Restrooms clean, staff polite.

My fish sandwich was hot and delicious

Fries didn't have any salt. Fish sandwich wasn't hot.

Exceptional customer service. Cashier even helped us with the door. I was really impressed!
