McDonald's

Ordered big Mac, quarter pounder, large fries and 2 sausage McMuffin. Got home to family and in bag was 1 McChicken and fry.... Check bag before you leave parking lot, note to self.

The manager on duty was extremely rude. Very unprofessional with how we were treated. Also the food was not great either. I am guessing she was probably short staffed and was busy running from taking care of the counter and the drive thru but that is no reason for us to be treated poorly like we were. If the owner/operator of this McDonald's or even corporate would like to reach out to me I will gladly explain everything that happen. I worked with the public for over 30 years and most of those years in management and would never ever treat my customers the way we were treated.

Slowest fast food I've ever waited for

Dining room is closed, I understand. Really though, it's in a truck stop. 18 wheelers aren't pulling thru the drive thru. If you can't walk up to place and pickup a order, just close outright. I'm not standing between cars @ 1130pm to place a order.

Hot trash. Yeah, it's a McDonald's next to a gas station at 0400, but seriously bro? Like how would you even think of sending food like this out? No other customers on site, not like the kid was rushed. Still took him 10 minutes for this and 1 other breakfast sandwich.

Much better than in years past. I only eat a few things from here anyway. Hash brown, salad & apple pie!!

Man has the prices of this place gone way up in recent years? Oh well. Still yummy!

Will never go again. On phone rude disrespectful . She was on the phone the whole time. Even handed our food out window without even looking at us. Your ready slipping McDonald's. we will not be returning. It truly amazes me that McDonald's didn't send me back a message. I guess they don't give a damn how there customers are treated .. sad

Good thing this restaurant is located inside a truck stop. I've never been through this drive-thru and received my order right. Food is cold and seems old. Christmas Eve I stopped to get biscuits for everyone to hold them over until our festivities later. The register wasn't working, cash only and the order was messed up. I should of known better but it was so late, nothing else was open. So I knew it was going to be bad before I even pulled through. Out of 10 biscuits ordered only 7 in the bag. Back through again to fix it. Wrong biscuit given and even though I was told they were putting extras in the bag for my 30 minute wait (none given) it's still messed up.McDonald's should really look at revamping this store and retraining their staff.

At 2am it's not unusual for me to have to wait to get my Latte because the machine needs cleaning at many locations. The wait doesn't bother me. While waiting 30min I witnessed the black supervisor/cashier being disrespectful towards all none black customers but nice towards black customers. When no customers other than myself she danced, her skin was showing, she chatted via headset while the place was nasty. Than, when my Latte was finally ready, she argued with me about what I ordered. This visit was rather degregating.

It was horrible. I ordered Hotcakes and Sausage. The pancakes were hard and like rubber. You couldn't even cut them. The Sausage was little burnt on the outside all the way around. They gave me pancakes and sausage that obviously been sitting in the warmer for hours. Awful
