Food typically served warm at best. Fries cold. Service friendly. Finally have a Frappe machine, years behind the rest of the McDonald's.

First off the playplace was absolutely burning hot! It felt like 100 degrees Fahrenheit! I asked the manager lady if she could turn down the heat. She said it was acting up so hopefully this is taken care of soon because it’s dangerous to the kids! Secondly customer service is non existent here. I was trying to find someone to give me cups for my drinks and no one was at the counter. Instead all I could hear were laughs and talking in the back. Training is very much needed here.

Well first off I paid $5 for a frappe and never got it. And customer service was about as good as good as their shake machine. UPSET
