Just check your bags and you should be fine some times the speed in which they work gets them but we all make honest mistakes. We used the drive through about 90% of the time.

The McDonalds on South Reynold Rd was clean and neat inside. I know it took a bit longer then usual to get our food, but the sandwiches/fries were fresh and hot. The employee's were polite and engaging. The only negative I saw was a trash can by an exit on Southwyck Blvd that was over flowing with garbage in/on it and on the ground.

Most McDonald's restaurants have peak business times including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The time it takes for them to get the food out depends on several factors like the experience of the crew, the size and types of orders, how well the crew works together, and whether or not the team is large enough during the peak hours. It's easy to complain about the speed of receiving your order, and sometimes it's justifiable. But take into consideration the effort of those who take pride in their jobs, instead of discounting it. I don't work at McDonald's, but I have worked in the industry (as both crewmember and manager).

Poor management

It's whatever time the employees feel like it, they close it so they can get out Of there early... They just close it whenever.... They set there own time.... And make people go thru drive-thru... Which is bs this has happened to me numerous times... They close inside early

Because they are too lazy to clean them and they don't wanna clean them when they close or clean them at all..... The McDonald's workers are lazy.... None of McDonald's shake machines work and I'm gonna email corporate and complain this is summer and and it's bs.....
