Many employees here don't understand what Substitute means; they instead laboriously remove (if they even do that) the original sauce and Add another which ends up costing more and taking longer to process. In certain cases when you try to point out their mistake they then blame you and decide not to replace the order.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will charge your card $40 for a $3 thing. They're running a scam here. They give no receipt for a reason. The black man working drive thru tonight needs to get fired. I wonder how many others this has happened to. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHARGED 13X WHAT YOUR ORDER SHOULD COST AND GET SCAMMED BY SOME LOW LIFE MCDONALDS WORKERS.

IF I WANTED TO WAIT 25 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU, ID HAVE STAYED HOME AND MADE MY OWN BURGER! Seriously, get rid of the medians so we can give the eff up and LEAVE THE LINE UP!!! Stuff your demand for 15 an hour!!

Very busy McDonalds on Highland St. In Kitchener, drive thru is quick with lots of staff to service this busy location. As well, their new Mobile Ordering Table Service is available at this location. Inside the decor is light and tasteful with very high ceilings.

Usually this is one of the fastest ones in town. Friendly staff. Drive thur is great always super fast.

Came in to dine and ordered at the kiosk. Decided to try the deliver to the table option. Order came fairly quickly and was delivered by the manager. He was very nice and attentive, filling up my drink even and bringing extra napkins and straws. Food was good, nothing special but everything was made well, was hot and delicious. Would go again!

Friendly restaurant with an efficient staff. The decor is modern and fresh, I would even have a meeting here! Plenty of eating area in the front and back of the restaurant. I like the large beverage station. I received my order very quickly with long lineup. However the washrooms were harendous. Dirty, clogged toilet and urinal.

This location is super slow. I never get my food at the window, I am always parked where I never get parked at any other location. Also our orders I think have been right maybe once in the last 5 years. This location has declined insanely on service, speed and accuracy.

I'm wondering why when i order the chicken nugget happy meal for my grandson that the dipping sauce that i specifically request is never in the box. Today i made a point of asking at the food pickup if the sauce was in his meal and was assured it was. As per usual it wasn't. If it isn't being put in the box...why offer it. It's a simple thing...that just becomes annoying. Thanks for listening.

The line up too long, omgosh I wish the did not have those kiosks with self order, people are so lost with them and lots of waiting around. There is also only one line for people to wait in, they need an additional register open during the week, especially in the afternoon close to lunch time. Seating can be difficult. Wonderful man to assist customers with orders and seating, reminded me of a cruise director. lol, wonderful!

Drive through was fairly quick, however the coffee order was wrong, ordered a double double - they put 7 cream in it. Who the hell has 7 cream. Burger had a bite out of it. Fries were raw tasting and ice cold in the middle. I don't think they touched the fryer! Never will I ever go to Highland McDonalds again.

This is the worst McDonald's everytime I come to the driive threw they mess up my order but my fault for not checking which I should not have 2 .. they always mess up my order on a weekly imagine how many other people they get wrong in drive threw .. I wish there was another drivethrew close to me cause I would not go to this one. The problem is 2 many people touching the food and no one ever double checks .. I dont care if there busy or not no excuse get more people I'm a paying customer who has kids to feed and when I get home and stuff is always missing its actually really bad that they have an answering machine on first ring cause I guarantee they get alot of calling complaints

Always seems to be messy, tables dirty. Sat with coffee and tables remained dirty for 30 mins
