Service is fasting good McDonald's is McDonald's just a good place to eat really quick I have the fish fillet is probably the most simplest and easiest and safest food to eat it's pretty clean but tasting crispy nothing added to it so much I recommend the fish fillet sandwich

Cashiers are rude, gave me a hard time to reprint my recipt and they messed my order up and gave me additude. Avoid this location if you can.

Food was good. I also got my order very fast. The cashier was very unpleasant but the food came so fast I had little time to think about it. Good job, I guess?

Visiting NY for the weekend. My hotel was down the street. I will never return to this McDonald's ever in my life. The service was horrible. We where given the wrong food after walking back twice already to have it fixed. I was then over charged for items i didnt get. My milk shakes where slid to me across the counter and then they had the nerve ro be melted. Worse service ever. And i live by the Hood mcdonalds at home and they have better service.

Do yourself a favor and literally go to any other McDonald’s but this one. Arguing with customers, letting a line build up without taking orders for 20 minutes, if you’re thinking to yourself, is it really that bad....? Yes. Yes it is. Don’t be like me and have your time wasted. I will say one thing, they have been consistent in how horrible the service has been in the 4 months since I started working down the block from them.

Really bad service overnight, stand on the register for 2m10 mins before they can take my order and I pay for it, this store need attention overnight

TERRIBLE SERVICE, WITH RUDE & LAZY WORKERS!!!!! Every time I come here, I'm waiting at least 15 - 20 mins for my order, whether I use the kiosk or go to the register! The french fries are ALWAYS cold or burnt & I end up waiting another 10 mins for fries. Meanwhile, the rest of my for is cold. By the time I get my order, my lunch 1/2 hr is over. More shaft is badly needed after 12 am. (I work 12am - 8am)

If you need to order breakfast, order the night beforeThis is the slowest franchise in the world. So much for fast food.
