Produce on burgers was beyond wilted, turning black. Had to get other stuff.

Love going to McDonald's, try not to because it goes to my gut but I love them big macs and then new strawberry cream pies are awesome. I will be returning in the future, probably tomorrow. I get the sausage mcgridle and I get a syrup from the front counter. I pull the sandwich out and pour the syrup on the inside all over the sausage patty.

Worst service in a very long time. Ordered at kiosk amd order "didn't take" This after we asked for assistance. Good Lord. So frustrating

Need better service need to make sure order is correct. And shouldn't have to keep comming back for straws and condiments

The employees here seem to be alot nicer than some other locations I have been to

The area of the kitchen was so dirty the worst flies in the restaurant and there's flies inside the container where's the cookies are and look at the photo closely there is a fly in the container

The cashier was very helpful and I believe this one's better than the other McDonald's

Best place for a quick meal under $5

Slow service. Yesterday they had no drinks of any kind especially no coffee until after 10 30 in the morning

Probably, Wilmington, N.C's slowest McDonald's, 16 minutes for a simple order in one very empty restaurant. The cashier was very apologetic and seemed quite stunned at the whole situation. While waiting, 3 people from drive thru came in because of problems with orders and that probably affected the food delay.

Unfortunately this was not our best experience. There was a woman who was behind the counter but kept going back and forth to the dining room and she took a long time she didn't seem to understand the line there were some people that have been there for 20 minutes waiting to order. She took us to the kiosk and then we turn to pay she took somebody else's order and then got distracted in the food area. She finally did take our money but another woman was very very upset because now she was serving other people and she had been standing there for 20 minutes she made it very clear she was not happy at all I believe she was leaving. Also there was soda spilled on the floor where everyone was standing and so of course it was sticking to our shoes. We are going to avoid this McDonald's although it's in a shopping center that we like to shop at a lot.

We went to the McDonald’s on college in long leaf shopping center and Maria the manager was the best she was sooooo nice and u could tell she took pride in what she does and loves her job and employees. She was on point helped us at the counter and was helping at the window, our caramel latté might have been the best iced latte I have ever had the rest of my order was hot and delicious as well. You don’t think about having a great dining experience at a fast food joint but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Food and service was exceptional and you can tell it came from management Maria definitely deserves a raise.

Terrible service. I waited 20 min for my order, happy meal, some nuggets and two double cheeseburgers. I witnessed several other customers. One lady came in from drive thru and said she had been waiting 30 min in the parking lot for her food, it was sitting on the counter beside the cashier. Not sure how long it was there. Another man was waiting, his wife came in and asked what was taking so long. He had been waiting for double cheeseburger and a fry for 20 min. He asked for his money back and left. Another man ordered a happy meal and was told it would probably take 20 min so he left. I would not go there but my grandson loves happy meals. my visit was on Sunday Dec 8 around 12:00. The service at this location is always bad.
