Worst experience ever she can’t even place an order , she talked back to me! She said I can’t repeat my order , she needed help they need to get her help. This was the worst experience ever I was so mad I told she needed to hear well. I get her experience as I worked fast food but this is not the way to test a customer.

I go to this location pretty often and the experience is usually okay. The last time I went I ordered a large fry with my meal and drove home. Sadly when I opened the bag there was a hard, cold hash brown. I tried calling them but the line was busy every time I tried over the next hour. Always check your bag I guess.

Wanted a place to come sit down and talk business with my buddy Walter the Food Reviewer, so I came here. You cannot go wrong with McChickens, pies, and coffee. When I say that the Strawberry and Cream pie is the best thing that McDonald’s has ever done, I mean it. I didn’t like how there was fruit flies by the window I was sitting by. Also the lady bringing me my food was very unenthusiastic about it. The table was sticky and dirty when we got here, so my buddy Walter the Food Reviewer had to clean the table. 3 stars. Has been better before.

Nice and polite staff. Prefer this McDonalds even though it is out of my way.

Service here leaves a little to be desired. They got the order correct. Except I never understand why they give you a coffee with cream and sugar on the side and nothing to stir it with. Should be a given but I always have to ask. Its not the asking its the look you get when you do ask. Like what do you mean a stirrer. Anyways, not totally awful place. Would probably return but dont expect too much when it comes to service.

I am satisfied with the Original cheeseburger w/o onions (I don't remember them having those on there when I was a kid). And I love the cherry-cheese pies, way better than the strawberry, and alot of people are allergic to strawberries. The service is great! But, I still like to be thanked for choosing McDonalds and rarely hear that. I thank them and they say "you're welcome" back to me. The times they are a'changin 🌞

Terrible place never understand workers over intercom, due to speaking to fast or not speaking loud enough. Never fails to have someone walk up to your window while sitting in the drive thru asking for money. RIDICULOUS

They definitely are keeping things moving

I ordered a fish filet extra tarter combo and got home to find I received a spicy chicken on the fish filet bun with extra tarter. Called over 12 times to speak to a manager. They never answered the phone. Call a few minutes ago and the manger was too busy to take my call but told the associate to have me bring in the sandwich to get it replaced. The service there is awful and I will bring the sandwich and the receipt as I had the presence of mind to keep it. I don't want another sandwich, I want my money where I can used it where my business is appreciated. I am considering contact there corporate office.

Grabbed a fry and drink! Preferred a home cooked meal but was out shopping.

On point! They are running the 2 for 5 deal and everything was cooked to perfection and piping hot, fast service as well! Wish every McDonald's was as good as the one on Morse & Karl Rd.👏

I love my food always cooked right and hot, rather come here than the one by my house because it’s just simply better here. However the workers have to be careful and aware of small details such as napkins straws and I always ask for lemon in my tea never recover them but other than that 5 star

It is American. For whatever that is worth right now... It makes me happy. Every Happy Meal ends with a smile.

Some of the machines were down but the cashier was super helpful and even organized our drinks so we got charged only for an upcharge instead of the extra $1. It was clean and our food came out correct and fast.

A pleasant enough restaurant busy though. The staff was happy and smiling
