McDonald's

The food was decent other than the fries they were older. The main thing was spending like ten minutes at the order screen without even being greeted then ten more minutes in line and at the window. Not a horrid experience but I probably won't go back to that mcdonalds

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 2nd time in a month I walked into the lobby and I was asked to leave and go to the drive thru because they didn't have enough workers. Even though there were numerous people sitting at tables and eating. Horrible place to go. For some reason I went back to this place which was a huge mistake! After I got home I found a booger on my food. Got my money back but when I asked for a number to call and complain the manager gave me a disconnected phone number. I found the correct number online and when I called in to file a complaint with McDonald's Kareena(not sure how to spell it) Andrews called me back and her exact words to me were " I don't know why and manager would say that because the phone number is on the front of the building if you would have noticed when you walked in". So it's my fault for the misinformation I was given. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Not sure what cleaner they use on floors, but if they have the "wet floors" signs out, be extra careful, it WILL be slippery!.... but I see it as a good thing because they keep the floors nice and clean. Good service!

I come to this McDonald’s about once per month, and when I do, Brandi is always working the drive thru. Her kindness and enthusiasm always puts me in a great mood. Brandi, if you read this, you’re amazing and keep doing what you’re doing, it doesn’t go unnoticed. The building is nice and new, the food is always warm and good, nice customer service, great experience all around.

Super long wait for our food in drive thru, with only 1 other car in front of us. Granted they could have been packed inside, or the car in front of is may have had one of the most complicated orders ever, but my 2 cheeseburgers and large fries should have been easy peasy. Location was clean, and the food was hot and fresh, so other than the wait it was all good. I appreciate when drive thru staff read back orders. I know it's not difficult but always a nice touch.

tall kid (usually works the drive through) always welcoming and very friendly to all customers and always has a smile on his face. Always a pleasure to see him and have a pleasant conversation with him. i will definitely be returning many more times hoping to see him there (if i remember correctly his name is Ryan)

Best one in the area compared to the one on 23 LC and Worthington! Still refuse to give up the ranch though.

Love being able to get breakfast any time of the day.

Should have told me to get a meal it would have been less expensive and remind me all drinks are 1 buck. Food was hot and good. Order was correct.

Extremely accommodating for a last minute surprise 18 birthday get together. 300 chicken nuggets faster than you can imagine.

Fast drive thru...got my 2 mcchickens super fast.

Great staff , need more staff to reduce the wait

The ice cream was very soft in texture and tasty. The large fries were ordered weren't that crispy. When we told the staff, they were kind enough to replace it with a fresh batch of crispy ones.

They were quick and accurate. The kid at the window was sure to make sure our order was correct. We just had a vurger and chicken sandwich.

Awful today, 11/24/2019 at 2pm. The womens restrooms were very unclean, speaking politely. The diner was filthy. Cleaned a table myself for my family, including the chairs. The chairs and booths all over had built up food and mess like its been quite awhile since they have been addressed. The floor was worse than that, food all over it. I then went up to the counter to get ketchup by the registers and saw the kitchen floor had wrappers, trash, unused kids meal boxes, and more all over and the associates are just walking all over it and leaving the messes. I understand busy weekend lunch times but ive been there myself and its still in excusable. This diner was slow and so was the drive thru, so to me really inexcusable. Im sorry but felt it neccessary to share.
