McDonald's

This is my neighborhood McDonalds. The people are very nice here!

It used to be cool, but now since they hire new people, rebuild it. Service have become slower than usual. I don't think you should have to wait in line for 5 minutes or so for something to drink. Like what are they doing back there that be taking forever in a day.

Nice McDonald's. Too too small parking area. Comfortable area.

Nice clean place with hot food. A little slow at times.

The staff at this location are excellent. It's because of how well they do their job in such a popular and busy location that makes this place so superb. They're never rude and your food is always good. I only have praise for them.

This McDonald's could do way better in terms of cleanliness and service. I feel like it's adequate for a midnight stop but nothing else. Food tastes the same as any McDonald's though, but the food definitely comes out very slowly.

This place is hit or miss depending on the time of day you arrive. Peak breakfast, lunch and dinner hours are handled moderately well. Late evenings are nice and quiet, but everyone in the dining room is urged to eat and leave the dining room by 10:00 PM (even though their drive thru remains open 24 hours.)The evening manager does a good job given the many crazy scenarios I've seen her have to handle. She might come off as a bit edgy, but I've seen the sweetest side of her surface when she is not being threatened by solicitors or driving out loitering people for paying customers to be able to sit. I would tell anyone who complained about her approach to first walk a mile in her shoes. I believe anyone after having done so will change their prior complaints into understanding her well-tailored, communication styles given her challenge to create a McDonald's for local families and neighborhood patrons despite disturbances by Pilsen's at-risk and homeless community.

They seem busy all the time but my order us always delivered

I love how it has flowers on every table. The food is very amazing! But, the place is very small.

My frustration wasn't hot and the bathroom were clean

Fast service. Lots of digital menus for ordering. Clean. Drive thru is usually very busy in the mornings. Staff is really friendly and I like that they have a community bulletin board.

McDonald's was good I was in and out and that's what I call service and I'm quite satisfied!

I've been going to McDonald's but over 50 years first location was Kedzie and 26th Street close to my school Carter T Harrison 2850 West 24th Street Boulevard back in the day I'm a baby boomer and I always love McDonald's french fries I can eat them for 50 years

The staff here are so extremely kind. I can only imagine the sort of B.S. they must deal with day in and day out. I see a lot of people treating the staff with rudness, disrespect, and they handle it with such grace and good attitudes. There is a woman of high character who works there, that I've seen display true compassion to the homeless people who come there. I just take 1 star away becase (entirely unrelated to the staff) on 3 separate occasions I've been there, they are out of whatever I ordered! I think if they can resolve that issue, this would really be an A+ spot!
