Went through the drive thru & waited 20 mins for my food. The manager, Raven, brought out my order and a full refund for my wait! She was very sweet!

No surprise they screwed up my entire order even after having me pull up. The employee came out with several bags and tried her best to distribute them...mine was incorrect...she asked for my receipt to make sure itd be correct. Came back rattled off what was in the bag. I glanced and it appeared right. But nope.

Food was ok service was good today kids have fun in the play yard

I read the reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad, but it was a disaster for the 6 minutes I was here. All the people up front were under trained high schoolers, they got my order wrong, I couldn't get chicken nuggets because the manager with a very heavy accent said they were all frozen and would take 2 hours to prepare?? And no ketchup in the dispensers. My advice is to take the extra time to drive to a different location, this one is awful.

I used to think this place had its stuff together...as of recently I've been asked to pull forward a few times because they say my foods not been ready...mind you I was the only car in line literally at 11:41am today, there was no reason to pull forward besides the service time and numbers game managers like to play..I refused to pull forward and asked for a refund...they close the window and magically they bring me my 3 simple cheeseburgers 10-15 seconds later...why would I pull forward with no one in line then sit and wait for someone to walk around the counter, through the store and all the way out to my car.. I thought fast food was supposed to be efficient..That's very inefficient...the dumbest thing I've ever heard...its store managers thinking about the time a car sits in a drive through verse actual orders on the screen. Just another way to make there numbers and service speeds look better by cheating their own system
