Waited +30 mins for 1 mc mchicken and 1 large fry. Told the staff I've waited for that long... they just ignored me and kept on working

Fantastic food, kind employees, regularly awesome atmosphere. They charge fair prices and the food quality is great. Great work.

I haven't had a quarter pounder in over a decade and decided to order one this time. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. To my shocking surprise, the burger looked so close to the picture in the advertisement. The bacon is crunchy - cooked to perfection! The quarter pounder with cheese and bacon was so good! Even one of my 2 finicky pups ate it. The fries were perfect, too, lightly crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Just the way I like them. This is my first time eating at this location, and I am going to stop here whenever I drive by it in the future. The employees were polite, too. I wish the big Macs are made with similar meat.

I ordered a quarter ponder bacon with cheese meal and spicy chicken sandwich and was told they don't offer the meal at approximately 1:00am but was charged for the meal price. But the receipt as shows gives no price and doesn't include the spicy chicken sandwich. This is robbery and extreamy poor customer service. Shame on you for you laziness employees.

Given the health conditions of the day. Service was truly the fastest ever.

Well today was a not so good experience.First of all usually macflurries are Fuller, secondly, they didn't add a lid. Thirdly, I am here taking a picture waiting for my lid when this worker in Spanish says " well if she listen" she was referring that she was giving me then lid while taking the pic. Then they gave me a Coke lid not the proper one. I know it should be a big deal however, today even customer service was bad.

Service seems pretty slow here. The staff is helpful. The food is as expected. The inside looks fine (I took the food to go).

I really like to give 5 stars.. i wanted to give 5 stars. The staff is friendly, the building is new, seating area was clean, nice music was playing. But the food looks nothing like u see on tv. Haphazardly thrown together. It tasted ok.. so i would have given 4 stars, however... THE BEEPING.. Holy cow the BEEEEPING.. I realize they have alarms when food is ready or whatever, and i am fine with that. But here they are just ignored i guess. Multiple alarms, beeping in chaos, no one turning them off. It was maddening... I also cant fathom why anyone would come inside and bother with ordering online from a kiosk..

This rating is from the perspective that I'm reviewing a visit to a fast food restaurant. In my view, the best this type of restaurant can do is "okay." You go here to get the same food with the same taste over and over again. This visit was for breakfast and the meal tasted as consistent as expected. Service was prompt when we ordered, but had to wait at the counter and eventually interrupt to get a bag for carryout. I recommend this location over the other Leesburg store. Restaurant is newer, cleaner, and the drive thru accommodates more cars.
