McDonald's

Ordered an order online from app. It didn't process but no one told us that until we went through the drive thru. Then the girl at window was very rude to us. Got home only to find a very long black hair in my salad. Worst experience I have had at a mcdonalds.

This is a horrible place to go to! Never AGAIN WILL I GO I waited in the drive there for 30 minutes horrible service food was all wrong I went back they said they couldn’t make it all right it’s to late even though they are 24 hours very rude people! And then I called the company very nice and then I went here again today and wrong cheeseburger it’s always something I’m done DONT EVER GO HERE!!! I wouldn’t want to go here even with my worse enemy!

Poor staff and they don’t know what there doing

I have went to a lot of McDonald’s! Much of my college experience I not only ate here but spent hours doing homework at McDonald’s. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The prices are higher than all the others in the area, it’s hard to get in and out of, and in the six months since I have frequented it here I had enough. The customer service is and has never improved in this time; the plugs in the wall don’t work and the floor is always dirty.

Easy access from the road. And the staff is pleasant.

Horrible. We were in line 20 minutes for an ice cream cone. It was ridiculous. McDonald's did set the high standards for service. Sad state now.

This one I am possibly a little bias on it's only a3 min. walk from the house and been coming a very long time. It has changed hands several times and I believe that keeps the employees on edge so much it slows down the process. Their always out of something or another my big thing is coffee & ice cream and seems like every time I try to get a shot of espresso the machine is either not working or mostly in cleaning mode no kidding 7 out of 10 times, can't the management make the thing clean it's self either before or after business hours and the same with the ice cream machine. I do get some things at strange hrs. but isn't that why it's supposed to be fast food well everywhere but here it is.

I dont know whether the drive in person knew how to work 2 lanes but 3 cars went through kept saying hello finally went inside where it took 20 minutes to get my order too many people in the bags. I checked my bags good thing would have forgotten the apple juice for happy meals. Maybe not enough people working there. There was another person who came in to speak to manager like me.

Employees have poor customer service skills. I go in this McDonald’s frequently to purchase breakfast for my coworkers sometimes I will have 3-10 orders, I am always nice, patient and understanding, but it seems every time I go in there now the employees have an attitude and it takes me 30 minutes to get my first order. It will be my last time visiting this McDonald’s due to poor customer service when I went through the drive thru today and I politely asked for a different drink because the one I received was wrong. You have a duty to fulfill when you are an employee of any business, if you are not capable of having a pleasant attitude and good energy you should not be working in customer service.
