I am 62 and have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was treated by shift manager ERICA at this McDonald's restaurant. I was sitting at a table eating, when suddenly she snatched (without saying a word to me) my cart which had several items in it (which was situated snugly against my table so as not to block people from passing in the aisle) and took it outside of the restaurant. When I asked her why she couldn't have been polite and told me she was going to move it, she only snapped back at me, "You can't have carts in the restaurant." In the past I have done so many times, and have never been asked to move one or asked if the employee could move it. When I told her that I felt how she had handled it was very rude, she was completely unapologetic - but had a spiteful attitude.

Great service, the young man named Javier, was a very kind to me and other customers and informed on the McD's specials. Great place to get a bite to eat but the one on San Gabriel Blvd is better.

The staff who took my order was so nice and friendly, me being a muslim I had to make sure no beacon or its residues will be mixed with my order and she explained them to me in a friendly manner, her name is Ruby. Thank you Ruby.
