Very nice environment, staff is bilingual and very friendly. They have a full time senior citizen that maintains the eat in restaurant area clean and spotless. Service is great and quick. They have 2 drive thru lines that move pretty quick.

Who’s the manager here? Who’s the owner here? Kiosk down. Staff arguing. One person at the counter when she is not serving food. The middle of the day is the worst time to not have staff working their assigned areas.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I have asked for mcmuffins they gave me biscuits then I replaced the folded egg for he round and they did not get it either. When I wen back to get the correct order I had to wait for 15 minutes and still did not do it right then I was explaining to the lady what I had ordered and all of the sudden I hear someone (apparently a Manager) asking rudely what is it that you want. I kindly asked her to lower her voice and told her what I had ordered from the beginning. They need to train the managers first honestly there was a young lady apologizing for someone else's mistake. What kind of example to they give to their employees very disappointing.

McD's breakfast. They are just better at it than any of the other fast food spots. Food temp quality of food ETC.

The one my miami lakes is always so clean, love it and it's a great alternative to late-night snacks

Everyone in the crew is very polite. They always make sure that I get my food as quickly as possible.
