I always love McDonald's on the go. And I definitely get Hash browns from there! They are so tasty and melt in mouth. They're pretty oily though!

Surprisingly the best tasting Mc Donald’s I’ve ever had. Probably because of volume the food remains fresh. However, the staff is awful and you better make sure they actually give you your entire order. If you’re stuck paying cash and have to wait for an employee you’ll be waiting indefinitely even though you can easily count 10+ employees behind counter, most doing nothing.Edit: I used the wrong your/you’re. How embarrassing!!!

Very Rude Security Guard!!!!!!Just arrived in NY for the first time, woke up extremely early because of the jet lag. Made my way to this McDonald’s as it was the closest to my hotel but when I entered into the shop, the security guard could not take his eyes off me, if looks could kill I would have been dead. As I caught him still staring at me as I approached the till, I asked “are you alright?” I gained a unpleasant reply which made me and my wife very uncomfortable so I just left and went round to the McDonald’s on time square which couldn’t be anymore helpful if they could and extremely friendly. Avoid this McDonald’s, walk 5 mins round the corner and go to Times Square McDonald’s.P.S if I could give a zero star I would have....

Fast food served quickly! Rehab done Nicely and it was clean, friendly staff, went out of their way to accommodate our order for the new donut sticks that are only served for breakfast.

This place is rated as 1.5 on Yelp mainly for bad service. After visiting this place as a tourist, I think 1.5 is too good for one of the worst McDonald's restaurants in the world. 1. They served Mocha Frappe in a leaky cup, but they refused to change the cup.2. They took a Happy Meal order with apple juice but forced us to accept milk or chocolate milk, which my kid could never drink due to dairy allergy. Why can't they just refund or give us some water instead at least.3. The seats smelled like human waste. Definitely not clean.I don't recommend this place.

no complaints good atmosphere and good food

While they have been better since they renovated, today was not a good day. The fries for everyone in the restaurant seemed under cooked. I saw at least one person take them back and ask for new, more cooked, fries. Others complained as well. The soda syrup to carbonation was off. It wasn't a great trip this time.

Stopped by to pick up a quick happy meal for my child. I had to purchase from the self serve machine since no one was attending the actual cashier register. I waited by their pick up area which had sticky floors due to a soda spill that no one cleaned up for nearly 40 minutes. That’s right me and about 15 others kept waiting for nearly 45 minutes for food. After I noticed others were getting their food and my number wasn’t being called I asked one of the employees about my order she answered with bad attitude saying the orders come automatically and that I had to wait then walked away. I then stopped her again complaining about my order. She finally took my ticket and checked. She made the happy meal herself then dropped it in front of me without apologizing or anything. It seemed to me that my order never even processed since no one had made it... it was a horrible experience in all aspects. Please stay away from this place. Bad management and horrible customer service.

Super high tech a little small to dine in but super fast service

THE VERY BESTBy far the very best McDonald‘s we ever had: They took some more time to make fries and chicken nuggets REAL crispy, so the taste was MUCH better than at your average McDonald‘s locations.The staff was very nice and helpful. When they forgot the ordered Coke (which they didn‘t charge), they gave me one for free. When I spilled it (and got another one instantly) the nice elder cleaning guy took great care, too (Sorry to have caused you additional work and THANK YOU for your kindness!).

What's up with putting ice in Orange juice? Lol

A friend and I went there after we visited a Broadway show. It wasn’t that full there. We ordered two Caramel Mocha and got our number. We waited for like 15 minutes and then our number disappeared from the TV. We waited for another 10 minutes but nothing happened. Then we asked what happened to our order and they told us that they didn’t have Mochas anymore. They wanted us to leave without anything but we already paid for it! So we told them that we want something different. After another ten minutes ignoring us they told us to go to the cashier and they gave us the money back. We will never go there again. First and last time!

I went with my son we enjoyed the new place.
