We ordered a crispy buttermilk chicken it came out burnt then they made us a new one with frys it was so friendly and nice overall grate experience

Excellent Customer Care

This is my go to McDonald's. The service is always great and they keep it clean. The food is always put together well and doesn't look sloppy. I've been here loads of times since I've lived here and they have never gotten my order wrong.

I usually have a really good experience at this mcdonalds. But this afternoon was not the case. This is the only one we come to, because usually its the best. I guess the lady in the teal button up is a manager, but she doesn't act like it. Rude when i asked for a sauce and its literally never been a problem, but when my husband went up there and asked for his sauce she didnt give him the same issue. Just told him how bad her feet hurt. And she continued telling everyone she talked to her feet hurt. Im pregnant my everything hurts, doesn't give me the excuse to treat people rudely. Wont be back if i see her in here. The girl at the front counter was sweet with long black hair.

***The fact that there are no outlets in the dining area gives the impression the restaurant does not want you to stay long. In today's world, outlets are an expectation at restaurants like this.***The food is what you expect at McDonald's. There is a TV with news constantly streaming. The restaurant itself is a little rough and could use a good cleaning as well as replacement of trim or dull wall tiles/decorations. Also, the ceiling tiles were missing during my visit.

This place has some good food but highly doauce with alot of grease. Especially with their fries, all and all mcdonalds is a place where you can get fat or enjoy their food. So I partly reccommend mcdonalds to every one.

Stopped by on my way out, had to make a quick run to the store. As I walked up I was told I had to use the kiosk. One register was closed, one was open, it was use the kiosk or not order. Next the employees seemed to be all over the place and not really providing customer service. One employee was cooking fries, burgers, and trying to get the orders out. Also notice that the score for this place is a 76. Gary Dodd took pride in McDonalds in Hinesville because he was from Hinesville. Seem like his legacy is not being carried on. Think it would be better for Walmart to see a new food service provider.

I love to take my grandson to play in McDonald's indoors playground. My grandson love to eat here.

I went in to wait on prescription for my daughters, got them their happy meals and ordered a meal for myself. When I got our ordered I noticed all I got was a drink and medium dry when I ordered the whole combo. The cashier then had the nerve to try and charge me for her mistake. I would give 0 stars because they expect to make $15.0 . An hour but yet they cant get an order right. No wonder they brought in a kiosk to take orders. Unacceptable customer service and I will not return. They need to either hire new staff or send their current staff to be trained on customer service

Ordered my meal 4:06pm. Didn't receive my drink. Had 5 other customers come in and received their orders beforw I was served anything. Meal didn't come until 4:15 almost 10mins later and still failed to serve me my drink which I had to ask for twice.

Would have given a higher score if they gave me syrup with the pancakes I ordered.

Never thought management thought it was ok to speak to employees in such an undignified manner im disgusted. Just rude and disrespectful

The French fries were cold when received. Double beef burger was pretty good. Ketchup despenser was empty. When I notified staff they told me to use ketchup packets on counter. They never filled the despenser while I was there. It took more than 30 minutes to get my order. Only one person was ahead of me. He remarked they were slow

This was the best McDonald's Ive ever visited. The staff outdid themselves for courtesy and politeness
