Ordered online and my whole order was wrong! No mac sauce on big mac, ordered an apple pie didn't get it, also didn't get my small fries and last but not least my quarter pounder came with no patty. How do you make a hamburger with no patty!? A restaurant full of idiots no doubt.

Waited to order, only accepting cash. Had to still wait in line for others to get their order until I'm able to actually leave without even ordering a thing. Other orders taking way too long, along with attitude. Wonderful....

2nd worst mcdz 30 min wait with 3 cars ahead me will not go there again the worst mcdz is on 87 kedzie that one they all lazy on they phones that mcdz shild be shut down service so bad

My fries were not done and my fillet was hard. Not happy at all

Spent money with and they would not let me use ready room and slow service

Had to get food or else I would've starved. Only eat their breakfast

Customer service was great..Were approached and treated with much needed respect.

I was told to pull up and wait for the remainder of my order in the drive thru. I waited for five minutes. Finally I went into the restaurant to receive the rest of my order. When I went in no one acknowledged me. So after getting someone's attention I told them I had been waiting in the drive thru for five minutes. She picked up my drink which had been sitting on the counter since I walked in.

Best customer service I have had in a long time. I went through the drive-thru it was fast, my order was correct, and the staff were extremely polite. Best I've seen at any fast food restaurant!

My daughter does not eat meat. And every time I come to this location, it’s a HUGE problem for her to get double fries instead of the meat options they have for a happy meal. Every time I am out of the neighborhood at another McDonald’s, it’s NEVER a problem.

Great place they just need to improve on focusing on orders I'm sometimes shorten by a get , jucies or toy for my kids .....but okay".. Less talk and more food be nice.ty

Just left mcdonalds on 65th and western and this is what i found on my orange fanta. This is disgusting, and then i tried calling them about 20 times and they do not answer. I will not trust this McDonalds anymore... Gross 🤬🤬
