I had a delightful late lunch. I am very impressed with the new fresh ground beef they use for the double quarter ponder with cheese. The old were very good but these are excellent and one can taste the difference. The French fries were nice and hot and fresh from Idaho. I ordered a hot apple pie with a caramel sundae and the combination was outstanding. The restrooms were very clean and smelled fresh. They have a very friendly crew and management team that is well coordinated. Attend!!!!

One of the biggest McDonald's in town. It is situated near Millennium park approx 0.1 mile which normally takes 4-6 min by walk due it's location of entry gate. It must be having a seating arrangement of approx 100-150 persons at once. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. To use washrooms here you need a token which can be obtained from the counter staff. Washrooms won't open without the tokens.

Just had the freshest hottest Quarter Pounder and fries EVER from this location! It's a very busy location. No drive thru, so lines tend to be long. Service is slower too because of downtown location. Food quality is usually okay but today it was awesome! Customer service is okay too.

This location was much faster than most of the others. Everything was good here....

Ok location in downtown Chicago but is showing its age. One sink in mens room did not work and one hand dryer blew only cold air. Rest of establishment getting very dingy.
