McDonald's

We didn't realize that our order was incorrect until after we got home. So I called the Manager on duty at McDonald's to let her know. She was both apologetic and helpful. She offered to comp us a new meal in the future and wrote my name down. Three days later....I picked up my meal only to discover that my hamburger patty wasn't fully cooked. It was actually really pink. So I had to return to the store for a new burger. 🤦‍♀️

Me personally fast food just isn't for me these days, food quality and service in general has definitely plummeted over the years. There is Way more stale food being served than fresh any day of any week of any month of whatever year here as of late, more so lunch hours than breakfast! It's visually hard to trust 46% of the people or kids you see handling your food at most of these establishments. I repeat most not all!

Pretty standard McDonald's. Service was very reasonable especially since they were fairly busy when we stopped by. Fairly clean and the staff seemed to know what they were doing.

I like the openness of the playground and that was the fastest service I ever got and it was lunch rush

I ordered two Quarter Pounders tonight they were both dry and fries seem to be olds as well. I called to speak with the manager and told her my issues. She responded with they were fresh and I told her in more details about my food. She then said “F... You” and hung up in my face! I called back and she refused to come to the phone. This was today 5/15/20 at 9:25pm. I will be escalating this to the General/District Manager ASAP.
