Took my son to dine in as a dinner treat. The dining room was very clean, quiet and they had a movie playing. Service was quick and the employees were nice. The bathroom smelled good too.

I have been able to do it in the past. You just have to specifically ask for it. Sometimes newer employees don't know you can do that.

Wow!!! Sounds like you've had a bad day! While I've had some "not so good" experiences, every time I've gone to this specific restaurant, but nothing like this! In your case, it show that there's an issue with the management, and the scheduling of cleaning and servicing of the equipment!! This reflects badly on this facility, and puts a stain on the whole McDonald's chain!
I heard it's like maybe 2 dollars when u get the food app
