The drive thru people need to listen better

Good food. Prompt service. I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's but my son absolutely loves McDonald's and will always eat all of his chicken McNuggets. As a parent you usually can't ask for more than that. Also, he loves the Game Center. I personally think the new decor looks ridiculous unfortunately.

Suggest going inside to order, drive thru was a longer wait then walking in! Food was fresh too

Only if people could read. I asked for no cheese because I can't eat it. But they put cheese on my big Mac. Had to go back through the drive thru 😒. And the lady giving the food out was rude. Never said thank you or anything.

It usually takes over a half hour in the drive through, and then they end up getting your order wrong. Not to mention some of the staff don't even know how to ring in orders. One time, I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, plain. What I got, and what was rung in on the order was.. Double Quarter Pounder, mind 1/4 pound patty plain. If I wanted a regular Quarter Pounder, I would have ordered that. Not paid extra for the same thing.

Let me start by saying I almost never leave bad reviews. I went tonight for food and we ordered a double quarter pounder meal and a kids burger meal. The cash exchange when by fast and fine but then we sat in line for like 10 minutes. When we finally got to the second window no one greeted us. Something had to be said through the window to the girls working for us to be helped in any way. When they finally acknowledged us it was to say “I don’t know” and walk away when asked why it was talking so long. When someone finally brought us our food we had to make sure we got our drinks as they were never given to us. Meanwhile it was visible that a worker was standing in the kitchen eating chicken nuggets which is unsanitary at best. Finally the fries were cold and when I got to my burger I was given a regular quarter pounder instead of a double quarter pounder like I ordered and paid for.

My family and I stood at counter to order food for 20 minutes as the employees looked at us and walked by. They didn't even acknowledge our presence. Others were there before we were and had ordered their food and were still waiting on their food when we left. I understand the drive thru was busy but why should the dine in customers be neglected.

Slow service, cashiers don't seem to know what is going on. It was like they were high.

Happy the milk shake machine was working! Not too happy they increased the cost of the cheeseburger from $1.00 to $1.19 in just a matter of a few days! I buy my fur babies plain cheeseburgers. Guess all the items on the $1.00 menu will be going up!!

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, drove away only to discover I got an egg and cheese bagel. That's not even on the menu, and DEFINITELY not what I ordered.

I had ordered food 3 times in the week and was given raw meat also my kids happy meal boxs where empty

The slowest fast food ever. At least the fries were still warm by the time I got them.

They were properly efficient. I was greeted and they even said thank you.

I bought breakfast foods for lunch 😁

Everytime I come here the service is fast and employees are polite.
