McDonald's

By far the worst McDonals I’ve ever been! Staff incredible rude and incredible slowly to serve the orders. Plus it smell like a public washroom, there are a lot of different alternatives to have a burger around instead of this one!

Great mc Donald's, a lot of seats also a second floor and enough ordering terminals.Food was the same in every McDonalds.Service was quick.

When the store is empty on the week day. The employees and the service is pretty good. On friday though its packed and I feel they missed employees but the worst is that my hamburger was all mess up I took it and it crumble easily really dissatisfied.

Tbh I visited on new year after midnight, and it was super crowded with people who were coming from old port. So it was a little hard to handle that crowd. However, the way they managed that situation was not ideal at all. Maybe they do a better job on regular days?

Busy place as it’s close to tourist area. Service was fast on Friday lunchtime when I was here with the family. Those reviews mentioning no space probably didn’t take advantage of the second floor seating above. Clean place upstairs but unfortunately when I entered the building noticed a lot of pan handlers/homeless on the street to the entrance.

Was having a simple coffee on the second floor in the eating area. Spotted a mouse running around the eating area and then went to hide under one of the garbage cans. Will never step foot again in this McDonald’s until they resolve the mouse problem

Compared to US ones this definitely looked better. They have few local food on display. They are stingy on napkins 👎. Huge place with two floors 👍. Good service.

I was extremely disappointed. I usually do not write reviews but since I am McDonald's worker, I know how the food is made. First of all, extremely rude costumer service.Second, I ordered a chicken Habanero and the chicken was EXTREMELY overcooked, therefore I know it has been sitting there awhile. (They should technically be thrown out after MAX 30 mins). It tasted old , it was dry and was super hard to bite into.Third, the burger was completely destroyed in the box, all the lettuce was outside the burger. I know it's a fast food joint, but come on.Lastly, my medium coke was filled only 3/4 of the way.I do not recommend this McDonalds.

This McDonald's in terms of the food is exactly what you expect. For the service, it tends to be slow since there is a lot of people going.The restaurant is clean most times, but there have been some instances where the place wasn't that satisfying. Weither you like or not it's still a good place to go if you are hungry after the club.
