There is always hair in my food.🤢 overall a Good experience. The customer service was good. And the food is good.

I received very great service today. A women who was running the counter (had purple hair) was trying to run the counter as fast as possible. She was very apologetic to everyone who came through the line and very curtious as well. She deserves high praise.

Had a decent morning a little slow for what I got

Good prices, quick service

I asked for them to add lettuce and mayo to my quarter pounder with cheese, it had it written on the ticket and had a grill slip on the box AND Charged me .30¢ for lettuce. Got home no lettuce or mayo.

Haven't gotten a single order correct in probably the last 5 or 6 visits. When we try to call back they either don't answer or give us a hard time trying to correct our order or get us a refund. They always forget at least one piece of our order, pretty bad.

I have reached out to their corporate office more than one and advised them that this location provides horrible customer service and when I address that I had hair in my food and I wanted my money back the district manager never contacted me back. It starts from the top and clearly management don’t care but I refuse to pay for food that have hair in it .. I will be contacting corporate again

Fast food, cold fries, dry burger what else do you expect a nice juicy medium rare steak burger? Nope just a 1.2 ounce patty and 2 pickle big mac.

Cheap and convenient good staff unhealthy though

Not good. Waited 15 minutes for a cold sandwich. Got a refund and left.

Any size soft drinks for a dollar!

What can I say it's a fast food chain and the fries were hot and delicious but the service was a little slow.

I got to hang out with my friends and have a great time. I ordered some food and I got it pretty fast, and it was fresh and hot.

If ubhave a lane thats not working you need to block it off. And the lady that took my order was very rude and disrespectful.

The longest wait time I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.the people working there are listening to music on their headphones not paying attention to the customers. Seems like every single time I go there to buy food I have a terrible experience with service. And the food always turns out terrible not to mention half the time my order comes out wrong.
