They serve so many people per day that if there was an issue with actual food poisoning both Emergency Departments would be inundated with patients and all would know.
There has been a stomach bug going around.
Have had same problem at more than one McDonald's and Taco Bells. Need to have order repeated when handed to you. Little more time, but better than short on food. It is irritating
