Don’t bother going here on lunch break. They’ll take your money and waste your entire lunch break in the drive through line. It’s actually always faster to drive to another McDonald’s 5 minutes away and get your food

Horrid service. Ask for plain cheese burgers for my dogs. I was handed a bag at the drive thru with 2 big Mac's and a large fry. On multiple other occasions I've been given the wrong order and the worst part is the staff act's like they don't care.

I was not very happy with my service they were not taking orders at the speaker they were taking orders at the first window then they forgot my sandwich and when I called when I got home no one would answer the phone👎

I go there just about every morning. All the morning workers always please me. They even know my second picks of food. I love them all.Thank you all so much for starting my mornings out the right way. The afternoons with young adults is another all ways a disapointment you never get what you pay for and they are not dress right and play on there phones right in front of the customers the girls dont even try to hide there phones. They don't even pay attention to the orders. The afternoons do not care about the customers at all not even the mamger, I have called her and she never told me that I had to bring the food back, she just believed her kids working for her. We will never go there in the afternoons any more 9 and van dyke .

No ice cream machine in the summer no hot chocolate in the winter. Bummer.

Bought a mix and match 10 pc and a 10 pc for a dollar they only gave me one of my 10pcs and upon noticing tryed to call because it was lunch for my break their phone was disconnected and kept calling for hours and everytime the phone was disconnected. Thanks a lot guys...

Fries not always hot, but the food is good.

Wait 7mins for happy meal food was cold and I ordered no pickles but got them anyway ordered in lobby not busy at all

No stars. Older night manager lady who could barely walk would not even apologize fo 25 minute wait for 2 mcdouble and 2 plain chicken sandwich and I was the only one at the counter and I person in drive thru. Nor would the staff....Never again this was 4 weeks ago today

Worst McDonald’s in Warren. Waited 10 minutes for cold fries, a sweet tea with no ice that takes like stale water, a 4pc chicken nugget but no sauce, and a room temperature quarter pounder burger. AND there are rats running around in the parking lot.0/5 stars if I could. Do not eat here.
