McDonald's

Ice cream machine was down. They weren't serving breakfast burritos when you can get those at any time. Then a almost gave me the wrong order. I'm just done with fast food.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are never open for breakfast around 7AM order is never right and the wait time is awful needs new management and new team all the employees are rude. I was waiting for help in the the drive way me and 3 other cars and the man just grabbed the mop and started mopping didn't even have the decency to open the window and say sorry we are still closed just looked and kept going how is this place 24 hours and they are never open system is always down or they just don't say anything on the speaker.

Horrible service! Had to wait in long line for a manager to come to the front to ask for TOILET PAPER in the bathrooms for the ladies and mens bathrooms. Didn't get my order correctly made as I asked.

Currently sitting in the drive thru and I got here 20 mins ago

AVOID THIS PLACE! Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle.. It was some weird half cooked round egg that didn't come on the sandwich and my sprite tasted absolutely terrible. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager and was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the line. I tried calling back and the line was busy.

We don't go to McDonald's to eat. We go there to have their ice cream or whatever it is Sundaes. They are small but tasty and you don't have to feel guilty by having them.

stay away from this place. horrible customer service, always missing order items.

Not 24 hrs. Tried going 2 days in a row, once at 5:30am next day at 6:00. No one answers the drive thru even though I seen 2 workers talking in the lobby as I drove up

It was ok they had the customers order wrong

Waited for more then 20 minutes for a black coffee, no employees we're doing anything and ignoring the fact that a paid customer is waiting. People that act like that don't deserve a job. Nothing but a joke

Orders are always messing up. Don’t get me started with the coffee. You order certain amounts of sugar or cream and you still get nothing. Not only that, I asked if they put the sugar and cream and they still lied to my face and said they did. It’s been 4 times that it happens already and it’s just something so small yet bothering. I let it slide enough times. I mean I am paying for it so I should be getting what I’m paying for.

Oh my gosh! Such terrible service. Good at order windows so rude. Had to show receipt at pick up window they had no idea what orde to give each car. Took 20 minutes from start to finish. Would have given no stars if able. Never again.

Most of theM's employee are not clean or sanitary

Worst service ever. Have never had a smooth transaction. Thought I would do a mobile order to bypass the drive through experience. What a debacle. People that ordered through the drive through got their orders before I did. Even though I ordered from home.
