Order accuracy is poor, they always seem to forget at least one item. Wait times are often high because of poor/slow one-lane queueing/distribution. A positive: when they do make the food fresh, it is as good as any McDonald's ever gets.

Yes, this one store has made me avoid all McDonald's. It has had terrible service for years, and nothing is ever done about it. That tells me it's within corporate standards, and that going to any other McDonald's might get me the same terrible service. Their food just isn't worth the potential hassle and frustration.

Its always something and people keep going there, I don't get it.

Yeah that is a problem there but last time they gave me free fries.
