I go here five times a week, just to see the smiles. These kids are kind and happy, and willing to help out. They'll even bring my food to me if my hands are full! Very impressed

This McDonald's staff was friendly and quick with our order. It also offers healthy options such I like. But the food was a little greasy.

Just stopped for coffee with friends. It's a friendly place, however their coffee is just a little better than terrible. Definitely not as good as advertised.

We pulled up and the person attending drive through was really unfriendly didn't say hello, didn't have that I can help you attitude. My chicken sandwich 4a meal was overcooked and dry and my fries were cold and I ate the while still in the car, didn't complain because it's a waste of my energy but its the way McDonald's is these days I will not be back and I will not recommend

Drive through was kind of shall we say in a hurry for the order?

I had asked for a meal with no ketchup, and when my order was read out, it read out with no ketchup and i asked if it had no ketchup before i took it she said yes then mumbled something to me as i walked off she gave me a dirty look and when i had returned to work my order had ketchup on it, you guys had one job, how hard is it to read and put together a burger, smh

Order delivered wrong (3 of 4 meals were). Drive through window clerk had a terrible attitude and her voice was dripping with contempt. Not happy.

Whoever was at the drive thru taking orders around 1-2 was rude as hell. She was so quick to shut me down about the McD's app. If it's so hard, leave. Find another job. A manager needs to check her and put her in her place. Food was good though. And the two men, purplish hair and blue beanie was very nice. And the manager was helpful as well

We sat in the drive thru at the order box while several cars ahead of us got their food. Nobody took our order so we pulled ahead, where the person acted like it was our fault our order wasnt taken. He threw his headset on the desk and was indescribably rude, Ill go to any other mcdonalds in the valley before I come back here.

Food was fine. Management was SO disrespectful. Pulled employees to the table (in a full lobby) and started yelling at them. As someone who has been a manager at SEVERAL fast food resturants, it was incredibly unprofessional.

Speedy and accurate! Best fast food quality control in the area. Very kind staff. I prefer to come here over other McDonald's franchises.

The worst McDonald's experience ever. First off only drive thru open. Disappointed and disgusting food. Ordered 3 quarter pounders, large fry, chicken nuggets and cheese Danish. Burgers were nothing but grease!!! Leaking all over everything in bag. Soaked thru and made huge mess. Ruined cheese Danish as well. Only thing we could eat was fries since they were on top. Had we not been going to paid event I would have gone back and wanted redone. We were told to move to front space and turned to find another car there. So parked next to. The young man who brought out food was confused and I rolled down window to say order. Won't ever return to this location absolutely terrible.

I've been here multiple times and it's been a hit or miss. When the lobby is actually open and the district manager is there it's great. Every other time has been absolutely terrible. Just today we went through the drive through, no cars behind us, and the person literally threw our food at us and just walked away, we couldn't even ask for sauce packets. Being 9 months pregnant I was crying over sweet and sour sauce 🤣. I know it's a McDonald's but please don't throw hot food at mostly blind pregnant women. I will probably be calling corporate.

The fries we ordered a large the fry box was barely full....the fries were short little pieces and were not cooked enough abs no salt... they were gross...our sandwiches were thrown together and tasted like card board. I can't stand McDonald's any more. They used to have the best prices the best fries and burgers. They are gross be and I will not eat there again unless I'm freaking dying...

Stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting to order. Workers kept saying they would be right with me but never came.
