Yes. This restaurant is wholly by Fertita. I doubt whether Fertita gives anyone he employs a day off on a holiday. He is one of those employers that does not pay people extra for working holidays either.
When I was there, there were all forms of clothing, but wouldn't you want to look good, at a fancy place? I didn't wear a jacket, but had a button up.
I believe that you can.
They are open 365 days a year, but I would HIGHLY recommend making a reservation well ahead of time for any holidays!
