Great costumer service even w/ the mobile order. A staff member brought our drinks then informed us & our food would be ready soon. Nice touch 👌🏼. The app said the food would be ready in 17min it was ready is less than 10. The food was delicious and fresh. The cucumber salad could use a new dressing, the tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and tasted good but the dressing was a thick Italian. I prefer a lighter dressing on my cucumber salad that allows the cucumbers & tomatoes to be the star of the plate. Either way my Family and I will definitely be back soon. Great experience, thank you.

Such variety of sandwiches that are all delicious. This location is very new and looks amazing inside. There is also a decent selection of salads and a few different spuds to get. Get the Choose Two, you pick two menu items. The menu item you choose are half portioned, so you end up with 2 half portions. LOVE MCALLISTER'S, it is my go to lunch

Went in ordered to go. Service was fast and friendly. Got home the food was great! What a great addition to Dixie Highway!

McAlister's is consistent across the board. Food is good. I get what I expected when ordering. Always feel like they keep a clean restaurant.

Had the Rueben, not nearly as good as it used to be. Corned beef tasted odd. Iced Tea tasted old.

I love their spuds and that club sandwich was great and I'm not even a member. Will definitely recommend

My wife and I got food to go. Everything was fresh and tasty. They did a great job as always. I would love to get coupons for this place because it is a little pricey

Staff was nice and restaurant was clean but our order was not correct. I ordered a McAlister’s club and switched out the bread for a croissant, they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich instead it wasn’t bad but it was not what I ordered. I order my mom who is a vegetarian a garden salad and they gave her the chef salad that had meat on it.

I’ve been getting the same lunch here almost 3 times a week for 2 straight months. At at least $12 a meal. Only 1 out of the 3 is the order 100%. Sometimes it’s worse. I never complained until today. First off I need napkins. I ordered my drink with lemon and of course there’s none. No biggie it’s as usual but no. This time my wrap has rotted lettuce in it and some look like there at least 2 days old left out. I don’t have time to go back. I’m a retail manager on a crazy busy weekend and now I won’t have lunch. It’s dry and doesn’t taste like it usually does. I would know it’s the only thing I get. There is so much more but this was my last straw. I’m done with this McAlister’s and I will no longer recommend them but will share my unhappiness.

Great place to eat. They have so many options I pick something new every time I go. I've never been dissatisfied with anything I've gotten from there. The staff is very friendly.
