McAlister's Deli

Placed an order for pickup ahead of time and paid online. Sat at the pickup section for 12-15 minutes past the pickup time staring at my food that was ready. All the worker had to do was put it in a bag and place it at the pickup section as she was Assisting others. Instead it was just sitting there behind the cashier getting cold. After helping everyone else, she than asks me if I had a order for pickup as I’m standing at the pickup section - and the food is sitting there and there’s nobody else in the store. Food is decent deli food but don’t expect the workers to have any awareness or common sense.

The New Yorker is outstanding! Lean cornbeef, pastrami, and Swiss chess on marbled rye.

Always a good place to grab a bite to eat. It is busy for lunch, you may want to order ahead.

The wait is a bit long oftentimes, but the food usually makes up for it. Typical deli options - sandwiches, soups, salads, potatoes. Drink refills upon request at the counter for soda and water.

Very friendly staff and very good food. I had the half and half. The chili was great, think and dark -toward the Skyline kind. The Savannah salad was delicious-chock full of goodies. McAlister's doesn't scrimp!

Stay away. White's only restaurant. Rude associates and staff. Only acknowledged after whites were taken care of even after I been there well before anyone one else coming in. Unless you're being brought here by white friends or family, stay away. Plain as day racist place. Don't wait to feel this experience. Minorities not welcomed.

Good quick food, good value for the price.

The food here is amazing and well priced. You get a large amount of high quality food for a great price unlike other places (I'm talking about you, Five Guys). The service was average, nothing bad nor good about it. There were some dirty tables and only a few customers so that was odd since it should have been easy to clean the tables. The only thing I absolutely hated about the deli was it's parking. For someone from another state that has never been to the deli, the parking is absolutely infuriating. I wanted to leave but my wife was set on the deli so we figured it out. McAlister's needs to figure out how to make it easier for people to understand where the restaurant is. I can only imagine how much business they are losing due to their poor directions and location.

Poor service. Waited 45 minutes for our food. Salad was warm and spud was cold. I understand that they were short staffed, but customer service wasn’t even apologetic. One staff member goes “what do you want me to do?” First, you could probably apologize for the long wait. Second, you could maybe go grab a manager to handle the situation, who by the way never made it out to come speak with me. Whole staff in general is poorly trained. Food was definitely not worth a 45min wait.
