You need to call and tell them they did a great job
If they do not earn 52% or more from the sale of alcohol or post a warning, banning weapons, in a prominent place outside the door with letters at least 1" tall, on a contrasting background, it should be legal. Additionally, if their alcohol sales exceed 52%, they must post a large "52" above the entrance door.
Disclaimer: It has been a long time since I took the concealed carry course, so, the rules may have changed. Like, "open carry" is now legal. Best bet would be to call McAlisters.
