Food is usually less than I expect from McAlister's. Always busy. New mushroom soup tastes like canned Campbell's.

Great food, made fresh. Halfway through eating the manager came by to see if everything was good and offered to get my wife a refill on her drink. Great service! Will be back.

Customer service was 5 star alone! Food was spectacular and fresh as well. Greeted as we entered and checked on several times, and they were moderately busy. Keep up the good work!

Amazing food! Awesome service! I had the A-BLT and a side of man & cheese. Yas please! Of course the sweet tea hit the spot. Great hangout, low-key environment. We brought our dog and the manager brought our some water for our thirsty pup. 🕠Highly recommend!

Great deli type menu with wonderful service. Went on a Wednesday evening for kids night. Kids are free and they had craft type station that was manned for the kids, parents could enjoy their meals we while the little ones were entertained.

Great quality food. Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli has to be the best I have had in Knoxville at the same place. Most it's either one is good and the other isnt.

Amazing service and food. Would have given five stars but there was a broom leaning against my table. I will definitely go back.

Whatever happened to the art of presentation? Whatever happened to customer service? Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"??? First they charge us wrong for 2 different things... Then they bring out one half sandwich that looked pretty great and one half sandwich that looked positively pitiful... The pitiful one was a teeny tiny bit of chicken salad on a teeny tiny half of a burned croissant. I say teeny and pitiful because the replacement they brought was much bigger, much fuller, and not at all burned. Thankfully, the sandwich was replaced and the charges were fixed, but I still wonder... Where has the pride in presentation gone? Why has customer service gone the way of the dodo bird? Isn't it easier (and less expensive) in the long run... to keep good customers than to attract new ones?

Still standing to get my order taken. Everyone behind the counter is just looking at me.

I know what you’re thinking: “is this McAlister’s like every other?â€Well, if you’re looking for a nice restaurant with McCormick sea salt grinders and black peppercorn grinders, this is your place. You can also get very good food. From the child: “McAlister’s deli has a bunch of good stuff, and they play nice musicâ€There’s nothing like listening to Shania Twain’s “Man, I Feel Like a Woman†over a steaming bread bowl of chili.Hidden gem: a small nutcracker can be found if you look hard and high.
