Good food, large portions, quick service. Lost the fifth star because diners weren't protected from Arctic blasts whenever a customer used the side door. On such days, a "Use other door" sign indicating the main entrance would make the dine-in experience more comfortable. Otherwise, great!

I ordered through Grub hub, and the guy that delivered was really nice. The food was great, but I ordered a Baked Potato and in the description it said it came with sour cream and butter, but it came with nothing. I also ordered a Broccoli and Cheese soup and it was thin and watery. For both of those I paid $11.00, and it was not worth it. I don’t think I’ll order from there again. My friend ordered a club and said it was really good, but overall it was not good. My friend also ordered cole slaw, but got potato salad instead. I would not recommend.

They have great sandwiches and salads here. You can always expect some fresh food, and timely, consistent service from this place. The prices seem to be a little high (was 14 for a salad and drink), but honestly almost all restaurants are charging about that much now a days!

We ordered a to go order for work...missing half of the items. When we called back no apologies whatsoever!! Terrible customer service. If you get a to go order check it before leaving to make sure all your food is there. Otherwise you will be driving back.

Nice atmosphere, but To-go food always seem cold and one of the managers who usually runs the register needs to be more approachable

Love McAlister's. Plenty of places to sit. Clean bathrooms. The food comes pretty quick. Nice environment but a little chilly sometimes if you're cold natured like myself. Although I pretty much stick to what I know on the menu, everything has been good. Tea can be a hit or miss. Always look forward to going back.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic and we didn't wait long at all. We will be back.

Nobody:McAllisters: forgets nachos and claims they put them in our bag. Refuses to give us refund absolutely disgusting with my experience will not be coming back.Staff needs to be taught manners

The menu is great but would be better if the staff actually cared about putting it together. The service is never unfriendly but leaves a lot to be desired. Be prepared to wait to order and wait for your meal to be over cooked in the microwave. If this place was actually managed, I’m sure the community would appreciate it. There is significant room for improvement, here. Don’t have high expectations if you show up for a meal.

I love this place and I'm continually impressed. They are always slammed and yet hustling and attentive to the guests. All the workers are kind and pleasant no matter the endless line of customers, bussing, refills, orders, etc. Our food has always been fantastic. Give em a shot. Our food has always been good. But here is the reality of all reviews: it's always subjective. Some people you can NEVER please and they will always have something negative to say. Others like I will only review when I have enjoyed a place and have been impressed time and again by them. Sometimes restaurants have bad days and your food isn't up to YOUR perfection. I say cut em some slack and chalk it up as a bad day and give em one more shot. No one and no place is perfect.

The King Club is Huge and a great value. The 2 of us shared it and we were stuffed.
