Great food, and the outdoor patio is cozy. The staff and birds are super friendly.

I love their 1/2 & 1/2 deal. The McAlister Club & Chef Salad are the best (and their potato soup option is a close 2nd). It's always a very clean restaurant. My only recommendation would be a drive-thru pick up window for online or call-in orders.

Excellent food and tea is the best in the area especially with strawberry added!!! Manager is very nice and the line isn't too slow. Looooove the choose 2 with so many great choices! Look forward to coming more often 😁

Great sandwhiches, soups and spuds! But more than anything else they have amazing iced tea! It's a bonus that you can get their tea by the gallon and its freshly packaged for you when you order it!

Great customer service. I am usually pretty patient but it took 40 minutes for me to receive my food but they addressed it before I did and they made it right. Will return for sure.

So, I placed this order online and it was ready when I arrived. The sweet lemonade Tea was very refreshing...

It was extremely busy. The place was ok.as far as cleanliness. Was not impressed with the dumpling soup was alittle bland for me. The potato salad was ok but could use a boost of seasoning. ..just a tad. Sandwiches were ok. Friendly service.

This place was very good. I was expecting this place to be boring with sandwiches and soups but I was wrong. The food was very tasty compared to most soups and sandwiches. I will most definitely go back to them. Maybe not the same one but I will go back. Very good.

The service was friendly and answered all of our questions. The food was very good and flavorful. Healthy options like fruit cups are available for a side. They came around asking if we wanted refills. Very clean and inviting.Good value for your money.

I had a to-go order a little over a week ago. Their online ordering service, Snapfinger, was down, so I had to call it in. I get home and see that they didn’t put the chili on the side of the spud and worse than that, it wasn’t even veggie chili, so I couldn’t eat anything. In addition, they forgot the tomatos, green onion and sour cream- it was just cheese and chili. They also forgot to add lettuce to a sandwich, but that’s not a big deal. I did go ahead and call and the manager sent 2 free meal vouchers. I told her just one was fine, but she said it’s standard and I thanked her. Today I go to cash-in the voucher. They did get the veggie chili correct, but forgot the cheese and the sour cream for the potato- cheese being a main staple of a baked potato. Also, my four-cheese griller was nearly as hard as a rock. My dogs had to chew forever just to get it down, as it was worthless to me. It’s time to take a break from McAlister’s or just drive a little further to the Memorial location.

I really like McAlister's. They have so many items that are very good.

I have never had a bad meal here. The chicken tortilla soup is the best thing that can go on your spoon and the southwest chicken griller is top notch delicious!
