Stumbled upon this by accident and over a year later, I'm still so excited

I order 2 tier naked cake for my wedding. When we came to pick up they gave us birthday cake of someone named Cindy. We had to go back there. The lady in the front keep talking something to the guy from the back (i think he is the chef) they spoke Chinese to each other and later the guy came back with 2 tier cake which just finished few minutes earlier. They completely forgot our order and we just ordered our cake around almost a week before and I keep asking them and show them pictures how I want for sure they can do it. They said yes, it is easy. My cake looked horrible. It is messy and uneven.

Definitely my favorite pastries by far. I take a special route every week for work just to get a few curry turnovers and a coconut tart.Rainbow cake is always a favorite too, the sponge is perfect and the frosting is just slightly salty.

Feel so welcomed when stepped in.

Fresh baked bread. Reasonable price. Good portion. Bun to filling ratio is a little off but that's OK. One of my favs is the almond butter bun and the coconut cream bun. Must try! Just remember to bring some cash.

The best bakery in Chinatown. Great deals on everything, especially later in the day. Try the hot dog buns, seriously. I take it back - A la mousse bests this - but that's a totally different pastry.

Pork filled buns was awesome.

All the buns are delicious and so is the best bubble tea! They even will warm up the buns for you!

Great coffee and Chinese pastries. It's nice to sit down and enjoy Chinese TV there

Fantastic little bakery for that sweet tooth craving. They seem to have lowered prices on the day's items after 6 PM but don't seem to always offer them to all customers?

The best of the Chinese sweet bread bakery - their butter, almond or pineapple bread are excellent (their names are not literal - pineapple buns don't have pineapple). Their pork filled buns are the best I tried. After 6 PM, buns are 50% off and usually around 5:45 PM there is a short line waiting for that deal :)

got there about two, it was not packed. the service was very welcoming and sociable. the prices are well within reason for the quality.

Super great place, extremely cheap, and friendly environment. The servers are extremely kind. Pastries are delicious. The almond butter roll and soft cake are both 10/10! The egg tarts are the best I’ve ever had in my whole life, and after we made a large purchase the baker even offered 2 free pastries. Cannot stress the greatness of this bakery enough. Incredibly affordable and tasty!
