Matteo's of Boca Raton

Went to Matteos with a party of 12. We were seated and the waiter came over and was extremely rude. I immediately asked for another waiter and the maitre’d seemed shocked and made a comment that he never got that complaint. He too was rude and uncouth. When I went to use the ladies room a bunch of waiters were congregating and cursing throwing f bombs as they were talking. The food is very good here, but Matteos is not good enough that they can forget how to treat customers which I think they have. The whole staff needs a lesson in manners and class. Will never ever return There are plenty of restaurants with good food and a classy staff. Worst bus service ever

Great restaurant great food only bad thing is very noisy. Everyone's yelling over everyone else so they can be heard. Food is first class!

Not sure why such bad reviews! We were there for mother's day. The food was amazing , the service was even better. Our waiter and his assistant were both great. The price is a bit high, but it was a great amount and so tasty, and great location.

I’ve lived in Boca for 20 years and have dined at Matteo’s many times. Yes there are several great Italian restaurants in the downtown Boca area. However Matteo’s has Great food, BUSY place and kind of a New York “Italian” experience. We eat here a few times a year and always enjoy. Love taking family members from out of state. Great location and always a fun and enjoyable experience. I looked at many of the negative reviews and wonder why they all only have one review on google. Anyway will be back.

Came for a business function from my company. We were 120 or so, and the staff really impressed me with how efficient they wore; it was like clockwork! But an Italian restaurant should be mostly about the food, and I'm really glad to say Matteo's also delivers on that subject. I happen to be a vegetarian, and I'm not sure if my company's organizer forgot to mention it or if it got lost in translation, but the short of it is that restaurant staff managed in the last minute to come up with a vegetarian penne a la vodka and they also had two or three other options, so everything considered I'd give Matteo's a 5+ rating for this evening!

Matteo’s is the best restaurant in Boca and maybe all of Florida. The chicken parm is so tasty and delicious. Don’t hate on this restaurant because it is great. I love you Matteo’s!!

I sent my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are flavorable and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Matteos is my favorite restaurant in the world, period. The burnt broccoli is absolutely unreal...I order a large platter for myself and will not share. I always go with large groups and regardless of what everyone gets they love it. Tonight we had Greg and he was the best waiter I’ve had at Matteos, incredibly friendly, funny and accommodating. Don’t miss Matteo’s if you’re in South Florida.
