Matt the Miller's Tavern

Great Thanksgiving Buffet! No mess to clean. Just left it to them. Turkey, prime rib and all the fixins. It was awesome and we will definitely be back next year.

My first experience at this restaurant. Initial impression very good. Nice ambience. Friendly efficient staff. Nice menu. The Fish chips was well prepared with more fish than batter. The mini bite cheesecake was wonderful. I'll be back.

Excellent service. Set- up allows some intimacy for groups of diners. Delicious food (Pork tenderloin) and nice serving size. Will go back just to try an appetizer and a dessert I have my eye on.

Very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service received at Matt the Miller's. One just feels like one is being taken care of as guests and that the hosts really appreciate and enjoy making yoy feel welcomed. No attitude, just friendly service, imagine that! The food is really good and the restaurant is warm and inviting. On a cool day or evening their terrace view delights as well. The menu is of sufficient variety with minimum dinner cost with tip of approximately $18 for a good burger and one side type of dinner with tea or soda.

This place was excellent. We arrived for the start of happy hour. But happy hour beers available didn't appeal to us. So, $1 more. $6 for each beer. The happy hour appetizers didn't appeal to us either. They sounded delicious. Just not in the mood for them. We ordered meals instead. And they were fantastic. I ordered the tavern fish and chips, and let me tell you, it was very very good. Hot and fresh.Our server was great, she was on the ball. Readily available and friendly. The prices were a bit steep. The bill total way $70 plus tip. But all in all it was an excellent experience, nice atmosphere, great service, and excellent food.

We went on restaurant week. I had asian salmon and it was delicious. Wife had the steak which was also delicious. Good wine and beer selection although wine was expensive like everywhere else.Our server was great. Her personality and attentiveness was just right.

The quality of the food wasn't as good as I had when I previously dined there - rather tasteless. One of the managers was bored so he just paced by our table a few too many times. I completely understood our waitress was new and though willing to help, her lack of skill was a clear sign of lack of proper training. The dessert was more than a disappointment: a mousse that was piled high in a martini glass, and obviously made from a dry mix with whipped topping and bakers semi-sweet chocolate chips out of a bag. I wouldn't want to go there again.Edit: management followed up and wanted to ensure that we have a good experience and sent a couple gift cards. +1 star from my original review for the concern and quick followup.

We went for Sunday brunch. Best coffee I’ve had at a brunch. Make your own omelet bar, shrimp and grits were delicious, bacon, eggs and a Bloody Mary bar. Overall very impressed, would come back for a lunch or dinner sometime.

Outstanding! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is amazing, very helpful and knowledgable. The ambiance of the business gives you an upscale appeal, while giving you quality food, fun and overall enjoyable experience. Jacob was was our server and was simply amazing!! This is Kaitlyn... The supervisor and was extremely wonderful.

Tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago at lunch. The place is pretty cool inside and the service was very good. The burgers are flat out fantastic, but surprisingly the fish sandwich and I am not a fish sandwich kind of guy was out of this world - my wife encouraged me to try a bite of hers. In addition, the Sunday Brunch is fantastic! The chicken and waffles are flat out incredible - great selection of brunch items, highly recommend Matt the Miller's Tavern for a meal or Sunday Brunch!

Always good. Nice selection of beers. Friendly staff. While the weather is good--a nice outdoor seating area. Thanks to Michael, our waiter who did a great job.

Fun place to hang out and watch a game or grab a bite to eat. Excellent selection of beers, good food also.

Matt's is a nice comfortable and cozy place. Our waitress was great and from what I could see all the wait staff were very excellent. The establishment was clean and the food was very good. Prices were about what you would expect. Some menu items were well worth the price, some I thought were a little inflated for what you recieved, but overall we enjoyed our dinners. If you happen to stop by during happy hour, there are some great deals.

We came here starving and unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the wait. I ordered the top sirloin wagyu so I expected this to be tender. However, it was undercooked and tough. SO TOUGH. I though the knife was dull at first but when I bit into it, it was like trying to bite into leather. It was also very under seasoned and honestly I would not recommend this dish. However my mother’s jerk chicken was okay but not astounding. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the steak but there may be promise in the other dishes. The staff were very kind and the atmosphere was great.

This place is good for hanging out especially in their open seating. The service is great and they have good beer list. But the food was average. Their veggie burger patty seems to be frozen patty. I might come here just for drinks next time.
