Matsuya Horikawa Maruta-Cho

I can say to Matsuya as a whole, it is dirty anyway. Insanitary. Once the toilet has gone outside the store, making it going up from the stairs of the building. The staff is also unfriendly.

Good food at good price.

My girlfriends food tasted great but the beef bowl I had was hard to chew; too much fat on the beef. I'm not sure if I wanna come back but if I do, I'm ordering something else.
